Let's Find the Right Help
Whether you're a parent worried about a teen, a young adult looking at options, or a school counselor searching for resources — we'd love to hear from you. Send us a note and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Making This Easier, Together
POSAFY is a free directory of more than 10,800 verified treatment programs across 50 states, built to help families and young adults compare options in one place. Here is how we keep it accurate and worth your trust.
One Business Day
We reply to most messages within one business day. Questions from parents, guardians, or teens about a specific program get a clear answer from a person, not an auto-reply.
Privacy First
Every message stays private. We know how personal it is to look for recovery help for someone you love, and we treat your information with care.
Free to Search
POSAFY is free to use, and you don't need an account to search. We list programs so families can compare options for a young person without a paywall or a sales pitch.
Shaped by You
Parents, young adults, and school counselors send us corrections and missing programs. We use those notes to add listings and fix out-of-date details across the directory.
How We Keep Listings Accurate
We cross-check each listing against SAMHSA's treatment locator and update program details — phone numbers, services offered, and insurance — as facilities change them. If you spot something out of date on a program your family is considering, email us and we'll verify and correct it, usually within a few days.
